Ciolan cu Bere











Ingrediente :

1-2 ciolan crud de porc(partea mai carnoasa)
8-10 buc. ceapa
3-4 catei usturoi
cca. 1.5 l supa de carne
sare,piper macinat
5-6 linguri untura
1 bere blonda (0.5 l)

Preparare:

Ciolanul curatat se sareaza si pipereaza din abundenta si se prajeste pe toate partile in untura. Se scot separat ciolanele si se pun in vasul in care s-a prajit ceapa taiata in 4 si usturoiul taiat si el la calit 3-4 minute. Se aseaza peste ceapa din nou ciolanele prajite, se toarna peste berea si supa de carne atat cat sa fie ciolanele acoperite ,se acopera vasul cu un capac si se da la cuptor unde se lasa la prajit cca. 2-3 ore. Cam dupa o ora se verifica ciolanul si se intoarce . Daca mai e nevoie se mai poate adauga supa sau apa. Este gata facut cand furculita patrunde usor in ciolan. Se lasa in ultimele 10 minute descoperit in cuptor.
Se serveste cu pireu de cartofi ,sau cartofi natur .
