Bombite din Piscot

Ingrediente ptr. blat :
7 oua
7 linguri zahar
7 linguri faina
1/2 plic praf de copt

Ingrediente ptr. crema :
500 ml lapte
6 linguri faina
3 plicuri zahar vanilat sau 2 fiole esenta
200 gr zahar
250 gr Rama Maestro
2 sticlute esenta rom
4 linguri cacao

Ptr ornat :
fulgi nuca de cocos

Cum procedam :

Ouale se separa. La albus adaugam un praf de sare si il batem spuma tare. Galbenusurile se freaca spuma cu 7 linguri zahar si se adauga treptat la albusuri, amestecandu-se de sus in jos pana se omogenizeaza. Se adauga treptat si cele 7 linguri de faina si praful de copt . Se amesteca usor si se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptorul preincalzit. Se tine piscotul la foc mare pret de 5 minute dupa care se reduce focul si se lasa la copt pana cand pe scobitoarea ce o infingem in ea nu ramane aluat. Se scoate din cuptor se lasa la racit si apoi se faramiteaza.

Intr-un vas punem 6 linguri faina , 3 plic zahar vanilat, 200 gr zahar si 500 ml lapte si il punem la fiert ,amestecand incontinuu pana se ingroase.Se pune la racit si apoi se adauga la crema cele 250 gr Rama Maestro cu care se amesteca bine. Se pun si cele 4 linguri de cacao , sticlutele cu esenta de rom si amestecam totul pana se omogenizeaza.
Crema se pune deasupra blatului faramitat si se amesteca totul , apoi incepem sa formam bilute pe care le dam prin cocos.
In interiorul bilutelor putem pune cate o aluna sau cate o visina daca dorim .
